We continually measure and analyze our approach so that we can improve our service offerings and ensure that our work is as effective as possible.
We believe that you can’t improve what you don’t measure. As such, we collect data after each student lesson and conduct quarterly qualitative surveys with our students, helping to drive our tailored approach and shape our company policy. We also draw on wider data and research from the academic community, particularly focused on the delivery of effective evidence-based interventions.
Our data goal for the 2022/23 academic year is to measure student performance across our three areas of academic coaching: academic performance, executive functioning, and mental wellness.
